The
clearly-delineated responsibilities within our team-oriented internal
structure ensure all projects to run smoothly, with jobs being handled
swiftly and to deadline.
ISO 9002
and DIN 2345
quality assurance
Language services of the highest quality are assured by
the deployment of the latest technology combined with the linguistic
competence and comprehensive know-how of our staff.
LinCom's
in-house readers' department
Prior to release, all texts we produce are passed to our
in-house team of exclusively native-speaking readers with the relevant
technical expertise and subjected to threefold proofreading to assert
their accuracy in terms of language, integrity and layout.
Documentation and terminology compilation
All
incoming and outgoing texts are registered centrally in our multilingual
documentation and terminology archive, where their contents are
scrutinized and allocated to subject- and client-specific terminology
databanks. We are thus in a position to deliver work that is always up to
date, coherent and terminologically consistent.
Centralized project management
Larger projects are assigned to specially-assembled
workgroups consisting of translators, interpreters and lectors and headed
by a team leader. Our clients can always refer at any time to a member of
the team to learn of the progress being made on their project.
Consistency
Our
regular clients can usually rely on having their projects handled by
translators, interpreters and lectors with whom they have become familiar,
while the availability of our central terminology archive means that any
other suitable member of our staff can, if necessary, be called in to assist.
